Your privacy matters

We collect and use only the information needed to provide Kaastro Pay, protect customers, meet legal obligations and improve our services. We do not sell personal data.

1. Information you provide

  • Identity details — name, date of birth, contact information and country of residence
  • Verification details — national identifier, government-issued ID, selfie and proof of address
  • Payment details — bank, mobile-money or wallet information used for deposits and withdrawals
  • Support information — messages, documents and information submitted when requesting help

2. Information generated through use

  • Transaction records — amounts, currencies, rates, status and references
  • Account activity — login times, device type, IP address and security events
  • Payment information — deposit addresses and recipient details used for transactions
  • Risk information — fraud-prevention, screening and transaction-monitoring signals

What we do not collect

We do not request your online-banking password or PIN. Never share these credentials with anyone.

3. How we use your information

Provide services create and manage your account and process transactions
Meet obligations verify identity, screen activity and maintain required records
Protect customers prevent fraud, investigate incidents and secure accounts
Provide support investigate enquiries and resolve transaction issues

4. Who we share information with

We share only what is necessary to provide the service or comply with applicable requirements.

  • Regulators and law-enforcement authorities where legally required
We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers for their own marketing.

5. How long we retain information

We retain identity, transaction, support and security records only for as long as required to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Closing an account may not immediately remove records we are legally required to keep.

6. How we protect information

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption, access controls, monitoring and audit records. No system is completely risk-free, but we continually review our protections.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your country, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information

Information may be processed by approved service providers in other countries. Where required, we apply appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. Kaastro Pay is intended for adults aged 18 and above, and we do not knowingly provide accounts to children.
