1. This agreement

These terms govern your use of Kaastro Pay. We may update them when our services, legal obligations or operating requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Kaastro Pay, you must be at least 18, reside in a supported country and provide accurate account information. Verification requirements depend on the services you use. Each customer may maintain only one personal account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for protecting your password, transaction PIN and device. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Your account must not be operated for another person or shared with a third party.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Crypto deposits

Send only a supported asset through the selected network. Using the wrong asset, address or network may result in permanent loss. You are responsible for confirming all details before sending.

Bank deposits

Use a bank account in your own name and follow the instructions shown before payment. Unverified third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

Confirm the recipient, bank account, wallet address and network before submitting. Completed bank and blockchain transfers may be irreversible.

5. Rates and fees

All applicable rates and charges are displayed before confirmation and recorded on your receipt. Our margin may be included in the quoted conversion rate. Third-party bank or blockchain network charges may apply where shown.

6. Transaction risk

Exchange rates may change before a transaction is confirmed. Blockchain and banking services may experience delays outside our control. Kaastro Pay does not provide investment advice or guarantee future rates.

7. Prohibited use

Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity
Using false, borrowed or forged identity information
Operating an account for another person
Sending funds from an unverified third-party bank account
Interfering with, probing or overloading the platform
Using Kaastro Pay to provide unauthorised financial services

8. Reviews, suspension and closure

We may review a transaction, request additional information or temporarily restrict an account where fraud, sanctions, legal obligations or a breach of these terms is suspected. You may request account closure once outstanding transactions and obligations are resolved.

9. Liability

We are responsible for losses directly caused by our proven failure, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect payment details, wrong networks, market movements, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Complaints and disputes

Submit complaints through in-app support or support@kaastropay.com. We will acknowledge and investigate your complaint. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

12. Referral rewards

Referral eligibility, qualifying activity and reward values are displayed in the Rewards section. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and abusive activity are prohibited. We may change or end a referral programme, while rewards already validly credited remain unaffected.
